Castine Concierge Physical Therapy is a mobile concierge clinic with no physical location. At CCPT, we know that your time is precious. We make appointments around your schedule and we travel to you so that you don’t have to spend time commuting or fighting the DC traffic. We will evaluate, assess, and treat you in your home, office, gym, or even nearby park if so desired!

Dr. Castine is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist whose primary focus is to get you back to training for that marathon, hitting that PR in the weight room, and spending time with your kids without worrying about that nagging pain.

Our Approach
Castine Concierge Physical Therapy provides the 1:1 experience that has been lost in our current healthcare environment. We utilize an in-depth history and physical exam to determine the root of your symptoms. Your physical therapy experience and plan of care will be tailored directly to you, your goals, your sport or activity, and your lifestyle. At CCPT we believe that rehab and performance are most successful when there is a collaboration between the patient and clinician.

Castine Concierge Physical Therapy does not participate in any insurance plans.
Our providers are considered out-of-network. Being out-of-network allows us to practice without the constraints that come with time-based billing in the typical insurance model, where a provider sees a patient every 15-30 minutes and the majority of the care is provided by support staff. This enables us the time and flexibility to give our patients a higher quality care.
Patients pay Castine Concierge Physical Therapy directly for their treatment at the time of each consultation or can prepay ahead of the start of the consultation.
CCPT accepts credit cards and HSA/FSA cards and can provide a superbill/invoice upon request.
Our Rates:
Physical Therapy Initial Consultation: $275 (70 min)
Physical Therapy Follow up Consultation: $190 (45-60 min)
Virtual Physical Therapy Initial Consultation: $250 (70 min)
Virtual Physical Therapy Follow up Consultation: $165 (45-60 min)
